- Establish cross-functional foresight working groups across departments
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
