Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and models to solve real-world problems.
- Lead research initiatives in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into scalable, production-ready systems.
- Optimize models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic papers and industry trends to ensure our technology remains at the cutting edge.
- Mentor and guide junior researchers and engineers in best practices for model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML research or applied machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical learning theory and deep neural network architectures.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
