- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to determine their applicability for future projects.
- Strategic Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives and pilot programs designed to disrupt current market standards and secure a competitive advantage by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex technological concepts and strategic visions to non-technical stakeholders and board members with clarity and impact.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strategic Foresight: Demonstrated ability to think long-term (5+ years out) and translate abstract concepts into concrete business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks, including AI/ML, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse, cross-functional teams and managing complex projects to successful completion.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of influencing executive-level decision-making.
