- Develop and publish annual '2026 Horizon Report' mapping industry transformation paths
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Advise C-suite on strategic pivots using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, researchers, and tech pioneers
- Design immersive 'Future Labs' to test and validate next-gen concepts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in translating tech trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
