Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI models capable of processing petabytes of real-time, predictive data streams.
- Lead the strategic migration of legacy monolithic systems to decentralized, quantum-ready microservices architectures.
- Establish ethical guidelines and governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems and AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate edge computing solutions for low-latency global operations.
- Optimize system latency, throughput, and resource utilization for massive concurrent user loads.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the infrastructure engineering organization.
- Conduct rigorous stress testing and security audits to ensure system integrity and resilience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field; Master’s degree or PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML infrastructure and MLOps.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language model (LLM) deployment strategies.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes orchestration.
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker), CI/CD pipelines, and automated scaling solutions.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity protocols, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and AI safety standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced, future-forward environment.
