Job Description
Join Nexus Future Labs as we architect the autonomous systems that will define the 2026 era of work. We are looking for a visionary AI Agents Architect to lead the design and implementation of next-generation multi-agent systems. In this role, you will build the digital workforce of tomorrow, creating intelligent agents capable of autonomous decision-making, complex reasoning, and seamless human collaboration.
You will be at the forefront of the Agentic AI revolution, pushing the boundaries of Large Language Models (LLMs) to create robust, scalable, and safe autonomous workflows. If you are passionate about the future of Artificial Intelligence and want to build the infrastructure that powers the 2026 technological landscape, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Workflows: Design and build complex multi-agent systems that can independently execute high-level business tasks with minimal human intervention.
- Orchestration & Integration: Integrate various AI models, tools, and APIs to create a cohesive ecosystem of intelligent agents using frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize foundation models to ensure agents operate with high accuracy, safety, and efficiency in production environments.
- Safety & Governance: Implement robust guardrails, safety protocols, and ethical guidelines to prevent hallucinations and ensure responsible AI deployment.
- Prototype Rapidly: Rapidly prototype and iterate on new agent capabilities, translating research concepts into production-ready software.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of AI engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in agentic AI development.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- 2026 Vision: Deep understanding of current trends in Agentic AI and the foresight to apply them to solve real-world problems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and design elegant architectural solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
