We are looking for a leader who is obsessed with data and user experience. As part of our elite marketing team, you will define the roadmap for our SEO strategy, focusing on scalability, automation, and deep technical proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategic remediation plans to improve site health, crawlability, and indexation.
- Optimize site architecture, URL structures, and internal linking hierarchies to maximize user journey efficiency and keyword targeting.
- Manage and execute Schema.org markup strategies to enhance rich snippet visibility in SERPs.
- Analyze complex data sets using Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and proprietary tools to uncover growth opportunities and track ROI.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of HTTP headers, canonical tags, and mobile responsiveness.
- Drive the SEO content strategy by identifying high-value keyword clusters and gap analysis opportunities.
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate SEO changes and measure impact on conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic traffic and rankings for complex, high-volume websites.
- Deep understanding of Google's Core Web Vitals, Page Experience signals, and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar scripting languages for data analysis and automation.
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with enterprise-level CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, or custom CMS).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
