Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency across distributed cloud environments.
- Define technical roadmaps and architectural standards for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior architects and engineers.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and C++.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, model versioning, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
