We are seeking a visionary Future Technology Strategist to define the trajectory of innovation for the year 2026 and beyond. In this role, you will lead high-level research initiatives, assess the viability of quantum computing and advanced AI integration, and craft the long-term technological roadmap that will define our success in the decade to come.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for Horizon Future Labs, identifying key technological milestones and deliverables for the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development projects focused on emerging technologies, including generative AI, blockchain scalability, and next-gen quantum interfaces.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with executive leadership to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global technology trends and competitive landscapes to proactively identify disruptions and innovation opportunities.
- Partnership Management: Cultivate relationships with technology vendors, academic institutions, and startups to fuel our innovation pipeline.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a senior strategic role within the Information Technology or Future Tech sector.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) and their potential business applications.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to develop and execute long-term technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
