Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum-AI integration
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, bio-digital interfaces) for commercial viability
- Design ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused KPIs
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI ethics, climate tech modeling
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products (2018-2025)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting models
- Certification in Tech Foresight (TFOR) or equivalent
- Portfolio of implemented future-tech initiatives
