Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and oversee the development of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Model Deployment: Translate research prototypes into production-ready machine learning models, optimizing for latency, accuracy, and cost.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the firm's core AI platforms, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to drive innovation from concept to delivery.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture by mentoring junior developers and conducting technical workshops.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architecture.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for emerging technologies.
