Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Austin market and surrounding regions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and strategic account management.
- Conduct high-level product demonstrations and presentations to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to track pipeline progress and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and sales collateral.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional networks and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Outside Sales or B2B Sales with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals within a competitive market.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Texas region.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
