Your Mission:
Transform complex user journeys into intuitive, visually stunning 2D interfaces. You will lead the design system, ensure pixel-perfect consistency, and collaborate closely with engineering teams to bring static assets to life through advanced animations.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype high-fidelity 2D interfaces and micro-interactions using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create scalable vector assets (SVG) and optimize them for performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive design system that ensures consistency and scalability.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate design concepts into production-ready code.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders with a persuasive and professional delivery style.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D design, interaction design, or motion graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
- Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (basic level) to facilitate handoffs.
- Deep understanding of motion principles, timing, and easing functions.
- Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as ProtoPie or Principle.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
