Responsibilities
- Craft High-Fidelity Motion Graphics: Create award-winning 2D animations, transitions, and visual effects for digital campaigns, social media, and web experiences.
- Collaborate & Iterate: Work closely with art directors and copywriters to translate static concepts into fluid, engaging motion sequences.
- Motion UI/UX: Design smooth, intuitive micro-interactions and interface animations that enhance user experience.
- Asset Management: Organize and maintain project libraries, ensuring assets are optimized for various platforms and resolutions.
- Technical Innovation: Explore new tools and techniques, including generative AI, to enhance creative output and efficiency.
- Client Presentations: Present final concepts and storyboards to clients, articulating the creative vision and rationale.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion design or animation.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Blender. Strong command of vector tools like Adobe Illustrator.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of timing, rhythm, and storytelling.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
