Responsibilities

- Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using Figma to validate concepts before development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business goals into seamless user journeys.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and iterate on designs rapidly.
- Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Ensure all designs adhere to strict accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.1 AA) and brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in spatial computing, voice interfaces, and AI integration.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including advanced prototyping, auto-layout, and design systems management.
- Proven experience working with development teams to implement responsive and adaptive web and mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in a fast-paced, agile environment is highly preferred.
