Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls and prospect for new local business opportunities.
- Present our products/services to potential clients and explain key benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer information in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective local outreach strategies.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Aptitude for sales and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn commission.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (Monday - Friday).
