Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to qualified leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, highlighting key benefits and unique selling points.
- Overcome objections and close sales to meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Document all customer interactions and purchase orders accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales scripts and strategies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to listen to customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
