Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultative sales calls to convert prospects into customers
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and collateral
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation using Salesforce CRM
- Analyze sales data and pipeline metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions clearly
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in handling objections and closing deals over phone/video
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work independently in remote settings
