Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients in the Kansas City area.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our CRM and POS systems.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular feedback to management on market trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a high-energy team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
