Responsibilities
- Prospecting: Identify and generate new leads within the local Seattle territory to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Conduct face-to-face sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Closing: Persuade potential customers to purchase services or products, negotiating contracts and securing agreements.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business.
- Reporting: Accurately log daily activities, sales data, and customer feedback into the CRM system.
- Market Expansion: Collaborate with the regional team to identify high-growth areas and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Training: Attend weekly team meetings and product training sessions to stay ahead of market trends.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or customer service.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Driver's License: Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle are required for territory coverage.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Residency: Must reside within or willing to commute to the Seattle, WA metropolitan area.
