Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to articulate the unique value proposition of our services.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and drive upsells.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a 'hustle' mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client events within the NY/PA region.
