Your Role
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will utilize our CRM software to track progress and ensure every client feels valued. If you are ambitious, resilient, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients via phone and in-person to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service (B2B experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
