Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to exceed quarterly targets
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings across El Paso and surrounding regions
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers in target industries
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client implementation
- Maintain detailed CRM records and analyze performance metrics

Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven outside sales experience in B2B environment
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 60-70% within assigned territory
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred for El Paso market
