Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our premium products/services to prospective clients in a consultative manner.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and maximize lifetime value.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine sales strategies and support campaign execution.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to provide value-added insights to clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
