What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to acquire new business
- Manage full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract signing
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline metrics
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and digital outreach
- Present product solutions to prospective clients via virtual demonstrations
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close deals within assigned territory
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales revenue and activity targets
- Document all interactions in Salesforce CRM with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with product team to provide customer feedback
- Attend industry trade shows and networking events quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong analytical abilities for pipeline forecasting
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Ability to work independently in remote/hybrid environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client meetings
