Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Restock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and suggest appropriate products to meet their requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and brand standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required for motivated self-starters.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling.
