Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business leads through outbound prospecting and networking.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contract terms and close sales to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software regarding sales activities and client interactions.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or business development.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas consistently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
