As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand, connecting with potential clients and guiding them through our premium solutions. We are looking for individuals who are coachable, resilient, and passionate about exceeding goals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
- Present products and services to potential clients to uncover needs and overcome objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding new accounts.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect and client interactions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling presentations to decision-makers.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits.
