Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and direct outreach in the local market.
- Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to prospective clients and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and needs analysis to closing and account retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling sales strategies and collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the industry.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in outside sales, business development, or a related field (candidates with strong transferable skills are also encouraged to apply).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation for local client visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel within the local region and beyond.
