Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, providing exceptional service to build lasting relationships.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to maintain an inviting shopping environment.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Perform routine inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
