What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the management team to maintain store standards and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers immediately upon entry with a warm, professional, and welcoming attitude.
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product information to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to increase the average transaction value and meet daily sales targets.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked to ensure a professional shopping environment.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty program sign-ups.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
