Key Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the product team regarding customer needs and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
