Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle from the initial outreach and needs analysis to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot to accurately track interactions, update pipeline status, and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to refine targeting strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent revenue generation and meet monthly quotas.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach, SalesLoft).
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
