Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through face-to-face interactions and consultative selling.
- Drive sales revenue by effectively presenting product features and benefits and overcoming objections.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with promotional materials.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize the customer's total purchase.
- Collaborate with the regional team in Philadelphia and North Carolina to achieve collective quarterly targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with technology and basic computer applications.
- Reliable transportation for potential field events in North Carolina.
