Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly, determining their needs and providing expert product recommendations.
- Drive store sales targets by effectively demonstrating products and closing transactions.
- Maintain the visual appearance of the sales floor, ensuring merchandise is stocked, organized, and displayed attractively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle returns/exchanges efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on daily goals and share best practices.
- Keep the sales floor clean, safe, and fully stocked at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
