Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Meet/exceed daily and weekly sales targets while maintaining store standards
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash responsibly
- Collaborate with team to optimize store merchandising and visual presentations

Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail or sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid CA driver's license if off-site sales responsibilities
