- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor to maximize customer experience.
- Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with the management team to execute visual merchandising displays and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers and build rapport quickly.
- Excellent time management and the ability to multi-task in a busy retail setting.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
