Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service during evening hours, including product recommendations and checkout assistance
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions accurately
- Manage inventory and merchandising to maintain visually appealing displays
- Collaborate with night shift team to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Ensure store security protocols are followed during overnight operations
- Assist with opening/closing procedures specific to night shift schedules
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail sales or customer service experience
- Availability to work flexible evening/night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods in a retail environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
