Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and providing expert product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory control, including stocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining a visually appealing store layout.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with floor managers to achieve daily and weekly sales goals.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and safe for all shoppers.
- Stay informed about product promotions and company policies to effectively communicate value to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and price checks.
- Willingness to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with retail software.
