Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers immediately upon entering the showroom, providing a premium consultation experience.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions that maximize value and satisfaction.
- Execute sales transactions accurately using our POS system and CRM tools.
- Build and maintain a robust network of leads and referrals through networking events and social media.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive market analysis.
- Assist in organizing store displays and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor environment.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with a track record of hitting goals.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
