Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor upon entering the store.
- Process sales transactions accurately at the register, including handling returns and exchanges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Organize merchandise displays to ensure the store looks appealing and follows visual merchandising standards.
- Upsell products and services to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work weekends and holidays.
