Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience during night hours.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions and handle returns.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Monitor store security and inventory levels, alerting management to any discrepancies or potential theft.
- Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold high hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of end-of-day closing procedures and reports.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
