Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay informed about current products, promotions, and company policies to answer customer inquiries effectively.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle returns or exchanges per company guidelines.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store-wide sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new POS systems quickly.
- Reliable, punctual, and available for weekend and holiday shifts.
