Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to identify sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Present products and services to customers, demonstrating features and benefits clearly.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas consistently.
- Process sales orders, payments, and contracts accurately and efficiently using internal software.
- Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for local market expansion and lead generation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record of sales experience in a customer-facing role is highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive tone.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Reliable transportation for local client visits (if required by territory).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
