Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Execute consultative sales presentations to enterprise clients in SaaS and technology sectors
- Exceed quarterly revenue targets while maintaining 95%+ documentation accuracy in Salesforce
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized client solutions
- Analyze sales metrics to optimize conversion strategies and pipeline health
- Maintain deep product knowledge across 5+ service offerings
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions with sales leadership
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/technology focus
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (110%+ achievement rate)
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Available for consistent night shift schedule (5 PM - 2 PM PST)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
