Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Understand and communicate product features and benefits to drive upselling and cross-selling.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with professionalism and empathy.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked to meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
