Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Product knowledge: Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our merchandise to answer customer inquiries.
- Upselling: Proactively suggest add-ons and promotions to increase average transaction value.
- Store Operations: Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and handling money.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
