Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Proactively engage with customers to identify needs, demonstrate products/services, and close sales with a focus on exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Customer Experience: Deliver world-class customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
- Market Expansion: Assist in the local sales strategy for the New York and Detroit markets, gathering feedback and reporting on customer trends.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the day shift team and management to ensure seamless operations and inventory accuracy.

Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
