Responsibilities

- Customer Service: Provide a world-class shopping experience by answering questions, processing transactions accurately, and resolving any issues with a smile.
- Store Operations: Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and inviting.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and store management to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, participate in regular inventory counts, and communicate supply needs to the management team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time or part-time shifts as scheduled.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
