Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize store operations and customer experience.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked with inventory.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- A positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for regional travel if required).
